The word strategy is popular among politicians, the
military and business schools and marinated in all sauces.
Can you honestly
define the strategy? Really, ask yourself this question and even around you.
You will realize that there are as many answers as there are people, even among
the most knowledgeable persons among them.
The most
plausible answers are only patchy.
The debate is
open on my blog! After several years of research, here is what I think on the
matter.
From an idea to solve a problem or develop an organization,
strategy is the will to act to achieve an objective set
accordingly, in a given environment.
Therefore, the
strategy is the interaction of four words: the idea, the environment, the will
and the action.
Strategy is the idea
that will allow us to evolve or face a challenge. The idea found, certainly not
isolated either, in time or in space, it depends on the environment. The will,
within the strategy is to set the goal and take all decisions related to the
choice of the preferred option. As for the action, it embodies the idea in
course of action adapted to the current and upcoming realities.
